Mod CBBE Outfit Helper Reference Suite v1.02 for Fallout 4 game. Okay, so now I tested the vanilla outfit conversions included in Fusion Girl 1.7 At least a few of them also have broken clothes physics. Adding physics to an armour in Fallout 4. As for random, there's a couple but they don't work the best and are not maintained.
Also the CBBE Vanilla outfits, I cannot seem to find anyone else with this issue.
